THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owners of the property identified below, currently, ANTHONY CRINITI and THERESA CRINITI (the "Owners"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Property: 1601 South 10th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 D/B/A Fountain Porter

A total of nine (9) tables and eighteen (18) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the south sidewalk of Tasker Street and the east sidewalk of South 10th Street along the property of 1601 South 10th Street written in three parts:

Part 1
Six (6) tables and twelve (12) seats will be located along the curbline of 1601 South 10th Street and will encroach a distance of three feet six inches (3'-6") towards the south along the south footway of Tasker Street starting from a point approximately twenty-nine feet (29'-0") east of the South 10th Street east curbline to a point appropriately thirty-two feet (32'-0") farther east leaving a minimum five feet (5'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
Two (2) tables and four (4) seats will be located along the property line of 1601 South 10th Street and will encroach a distance of three feet six inches (3'-6") towards the north along the south footway of Tasker Street starting from a point approximately fifty-two feet nine inches (52'-9") east of the South 10th Street east curbline to a point appropriately thirteen feet four inches (13'-4") farther east leaving a minimum five feet (5'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 3
One (1) table and two (2) seats will be located along the property line of 1601 South 10th Street and will encroach a distance of three feet six inches (3'-6") towards the west along the east footway of South 10th Street starting ...
