Authorizing Temple University, 1101 West Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 19122, its successors and assigns, to construct, own and maintain a building encroachment on the east footway of North 13th Street adjacent to the Temple University Student Center, under certain terms and conditions.

WHEREAS, Temple University is the owner of property located at 1735-1755 North 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19122; and
WHEREAS, Temple University has requested permission to construct, own and maintain a building encroachment on the east footway of North 13th Street adjacent to the Temple University Student Center; now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Temple University, its successors and assigns, is hereby authorized to construct, own and maintain a building encroachment on the east footway of North 13th Street adjacent to the Temple University Student Center as follows:
Starting at a point located approximately seventy feet (70') south of the south curbline of Montgomery Avenue, the building face is located approximately twenty-two feet (22') east of the east curbline of North 13th Street, encroaching zero feet (0'). Proceeding southwest at a point located approximately eighty feet (80') south of the south curbline of Montgomery Avenue, the building face is located approximately seventeen feet (17') east of the east curbline of North 13th Street, encroaching approximately five feet (5') onto the east footway. Proceeding southeast at a point located approximately eighty-one feet (81') south of the south curbline of Montgomery Avenue, the building face is located approximately twenty feet (20') east of the east curbline of North 13th Street, encroaching approximately two feet (2') onto the east footway. Proceeding southwest at a point located approximately one hundred and three feet (103') south of the south curbline of Montgomery Avenue, the building face is located approximately fourteen feet (14')...
