Authorizing the installation of two left turn green arrow traffic signals at the intersection of Rising Sun avenue and Adams avenue.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. A left turn green arrow traffic signal, for vehicles traveling east on Adams avenue and turning left onto Rising Sun avenue, shall be placed and maintained at the following intersection in a manner consistent with PennDOT regulations:
(a) Rising Sun avenue and Adams avenue.
SECTION 2. A left turn green arrow traffic signal, for vehicles traveling west on Adams avenue and turning left onto Rising Sun avenue, shall be placed and maintained at the following intersection in a manner consistent with PennDOT regulations:
(a) Rising Sun avenue and Adams avenue.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after final passage.
