THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 and amended by Bill No. 020350 approved September 6, 2002 is hereby further amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by August 31, 2003] by August 31, 2005.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
