THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established for a distance of approximately 110 feet on the west side of 1716 Frankford Avenue between Palmer Street and E. Columbia Avenue, adjacent to the property at 1716 Frankford Avenue.
