Approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the East Poplar Urban Renewal Area designated as Parcel No. 101 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 910-948 North Sixth street including 909-947 North Marshall street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with LLPCS Foundation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the East Poplar Urban Renewal Area, which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 24, 1959, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the East Poplar Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 101 also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 910-948 North Sixth street including 909-947 North Marshall street (hereinafter "Property"). The area of said Property is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 101 (910-948 North Sixth street including 909-947 North Marshall street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point on the west side of Sixth street (fifty feet wide) at the distance of seventy eight feet eight and one-quarter inches north from the north side of Poplar street (seventy five feet wide); Thence extending north along said side of Sixth street three hundred ninety feet six inches to a point; Thence extending west at right angles to said Sixth street the distance of ninety three feet five inches to a point; Thence extending north on a line parallel to said Sixth street the distance of fifteen feet to a ...
