THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
      SECTION 1.      Section 10-1200 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
CHAPTER 10-1200.  POSTING OF TEMPORARY SIGNS.

ยง10-1202.  Prohibited Conduct.

      (5)      The provisions of Section 10-501 of The Philadelphia Code notwithstanding, temporary signs may be erected on public property, excluding buildings and parks, provided that:

            (f)      No sticker may be placed on any street light installed after January 1, 1995.
 
            (g)      No temporary sign may be placed on any street light installed after January 1, 1995 that will when removed or applied caused damage to said street light.
 
      SECTION 2.      This Ordinance will take effect immediately.
