WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Haddington Urban Renewal Area, Unit Nos. 2 & 3 (hereinafter "Haddington"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on September 29, 1969, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the Redeveloper; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Haddington, designated as Parcel No. 24 and also sometimes identified by house number and street address as 5526-5548 Vine street including 243-249 North Vodges street (hereinafter "Property"). The area of said Property is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 24 (5526-5548 Vine street including 243-249 North Vodges street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Fourth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at the intersection of the southerly side of Vine street (eighty feet wide) and the northeasterly side of Vodges street (sixty feet wide); Thence extending in an easterly direction along the said side of Vine street one hundred ninety-three feet ten and three-eighths inches to a point;...
