THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 14-900 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 14-900.  NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICTS.

§ 14-903. Creation of an NCD; Amendment.

      (12)  Any amendments to an NCD shall be by ordinance, provided that any expansion of [The] the boundaries or revision of design guidelines of an NCD may be [amended] made under the same procedures governing the creation of an NCD.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
