      WHEREAS, Bill No. 040851 was passed by this Council on May 26, 2005, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

      WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 040851, entitled "An Ordinance permitting three traffic lanes on Walnut Street, between 40th Street and Cobbs Creek Parkway, and requiring that the lane markers on Walnut Street be changed to reflect this change," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
