Title
Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-405, entitled "SP-ENT, Entertainment (Special Purpose) District," by revising certain provisions relating to setback, parking requirements, parking lots, and off-street loading, all under certain terms and conditions.

WHEREAS, Bill No. 110717 (approved December 14, 2011) amended certain provisions of Chapter 14-400 (Commercial Entertainment District) of Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" (Former Zoning Code); and
WHEREAS, Bill No. 110845 (approved December 22, 2011) repealed the Former Zoning Code and replaced it with a new Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" (Current Zoning Code); and
WHEREAS, The provisions of Bill No. 110717 were not carried over to the Current Zoning Code which became effective August 22, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Council wishes to incorporate the provisions of Bill No. 110717 into the Current Zoning Code; now therefore
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
