THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Vendors in Center City is amended to read as follows:

§9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City.

(8) Vending Locations.

(a) [Council shall by ordinance designate the blockfaces upon which vending shall be permitted and the maximum number of sidewalk vendor licenses that may be issued for each such blockface, subject to a total maximum of three hundred (300) sidewalk vendor locations in all of Center City.] The following vendor locations are hereby designated as locations from which vending shall be permitted, provided Council shall not ever designate more than 300 such locations in all of Center City:
