THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.      Bill Number 140490, signed by the Mayor on August 5, 2014, is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2.      This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
