THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 13and 13of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of stormwater sewers and appurtenant work in Delaware Avenue from Lewis Street to Orthodox Street.
