Granting permission to Abhay V. Sheth, owner of the newsstand at the Northwest corner of 12th Street and Filbert Street, to construct, use and maintain an electrical conduit with an electrical service line and a telecommunications conduit with a telephone service line in and under the public rights-of-way for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Abhay V. Sheth, 5 Black Latch Lane, Cherry Hill, NJ 08203, owner of the newsstand located on the Northwest corner of 12th Street and Filbert Street to construct, use and maintain:
(a) an electric conduit with and electric service line. Electrical service is to be provided by a two inch (2") diameter PVC conduit. Starting at an existing PECO manhole in the roadway of N. 12th Street, located approximately four feet six inches (4'-6") west of the east curbline of N. 12th Street and seven feet (7') north of the north curbline of Filbert Street, the conduit proceeds south beneath the roadway for approximately nine feet (9') to a point located approximately four feet six inches (4'-6") west of the east curbline of N. 12th Street and two feet (2') south of the north curbline of Filbert Street. The conduit proceeds west for approximately twenty-four feet (24') to a point located approximately twenty-eight feet six inches (28'-6") west of the east curbline of N. 12th Street and two feet (2') south of the north curbline of Filbert Street. The conduit proceeds north for approximately twenty-five feet (25') to a point located approximately twenty-eight feet six inches (28'-6") west of the east curbline of N. 12th Street and twenty-three feet (23') north of the north curbline of Filbert Street.
