Title
Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by providing a new Chapter, entitled "Bicycle Lanes," requiring that the designation of bicycle lanes upon streets be authorized by ordinance, adding definitions and making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
