I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION
Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2806, 2903, 2907, 2913, 2917-19, 2925, and 2937-39 Cecil B Moore Avenue in the 5th Councilmanic district in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
This Resolution has my approval and therefore I respectfully request that this Honorable Body give it your favorable consideration.
