Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980617) approved December 15, 1998, entitled “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 295 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Codorus road from Hendren street to Spring lane and by reserving and placing a right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes within the lines of Codorus road from Hendren street to Spring lane, under certain terms and conditions” therein.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 980617) approved December 15, 1998 is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by December 31, 2000.
