WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Brewerytown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "Brewerytown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on January 14, 2003, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Brewerytown, designated as Parcel Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 19 as 3018 Redner street, for Parcel No. 20 as 1423 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 21 as 1435 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 22 as 1447 North Thirtieth street and for Parcel No. 23 as 1451 North Thirtieth street (hereinafter "Properties"). The areas of the Properties are bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 19 (3018 Redner street).
