THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to 3419 KENSINGTON PARTNERS or a subsequent owner (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134 ("Encroachment") as follows:
Property: 3423 Kensington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134 (the "Property")
Encroachment Description:
Two (2) proposed building access ramps adjacent to the building line of 3423 Kensington Avenue written in two parts:
Part 1:
A building access ramp total will be located adjacent to the building line of 3423 Kensington Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet ten inches (4'-10") towards the south along the north footway of East Russell Street starting from a point approximately eight-five feet (85'-0") east of the Kensington Avenue east curbline to a point approximately forty-seven feet (47'-0") farther east leaving a minimum five feet (5-0") of clear unobstructed footway.
Part 2:
A building access ramp total will be located adjacent to the building line of 3423 Kensington Avenue and will encroach a distance of approximately six feet (6'-0") towards the west along the east footway of Kensington Avenue starting from a point approximately thirty-three feet (33'-0") north of the East Russell Street north curbline to a point approximately twenty feet eleven inches (20'-11") farther north leaving a minimum six feet six inches (6'-6") of clear unobstructed footway.
SECTION 2. The construction, use and maintenance of the Encroachment described and listed in Section 1 shall be in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the City of Philadelphia, and specifically those of the Department of Licenses and Inspections, the Department of Streets, and the Art Commis...
