Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 12 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 622 Belgrade street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with James K. Laughlin and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 12 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 622 Belgrade street (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 12 (622 Belgrade street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Eighteenth Ward of the City of Philadelphia with the buildings and improvements thereon erected beginning at a point on the southeasterly side of Belgrade street (fifty feet wide) at the distance of one hundred sixteen feet four inches southwestward from the southwesterly side of East Berks street; Thence extending southeastward at right angles to Belgrade street eighty feet to a point; Thence extending southwestward parallel with Belgrade street a distance of twenty feet four inches to the northeasterly side of Wilt street (fifteen feet wide); Thence extending northwestward al...
