Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 73 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 37 West Wildey street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Karen Brown and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 73 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 37 West Wildey street (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 73 (37 West Wildey Street ).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Fifth Ward of the City of Philadelphia situated at a point of intersection of the northerly side of Wildey street and the westerly side of Leopard street; Containing in front or breadth on Wildey street thirteen feet four inches and extending of that width in length or depth northward between parallel lines with and along westerly side of said Leopard street a distance of forty five feet.
The said redevelopment contract is in substantial conformity with the amended urban renewal plan and the amended redevelopment proposal approved by the Council.
