THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 14-600 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 14-600. USE REGULATIONS

§ 14-604. Accessory Uses and Structures.

(13) Limited Lodging.

(c)   Special Exception Approval in the RSA-5 District. Limited lodging in the RSA-5 district shall require special exception approval in accordance with § 14-303(7) (Special Exception Approval).

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective sixty (60) days after it becomes law.
