Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 & 95 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address for Parcel No. 90 as 2178 East Cumberland street, for Parcel No. 91 as 2045-2047 East Dauphin street, for Parcel No. 92 as 2436 East Firth street, for Parcel No. 93 as 2417 East Firth street, for Parcel No. 94 as 2209 East Gordon street and for Parcel No. 95 as 2064-2066 East York street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with New Kensington Community Development Corporation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel Nos. 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 & 95 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address for Parcel No. 90 as 2178 East Cumberland street, for Parcel No. 91 as 2045-2047 East Dauphin street, for Parcel No. 92 as 2436 East Firth street, for Parcel No. 93 as 2417 East Firth street, for Parcel No. 94 as 2209 East Gordon street and for Parcel No. 95 as 2064-2066 East York street (hereinafter "Parcels"). The areas of said Parcels are bounded as follows:
