Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990308), entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the vacating of Walker street, from Pearson avenue to a dead end approximately one hundred eight (108) feet northeast of Pearson avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 990308) is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within one (1) year from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by June 24, 2001.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
