WHEREAS, In 2026, Bad Bunny made history at the Grammy Awards by receiving the Album of the Year award for his all-Spanish-language album Deb? Tirar M?s Fotos, becoming the first Latin artist and first Spanish-language album to receive this prestigious honor; and

WHEREAS, The recognition of an all-Spanish-language album for Album of the Year during a period of deep social and political division highlights the unifying power of music, celebrates cultural expression that bridges communities, and underscores the broader influence of Bad Bunny's work in supporting Puerto Rico and Latinx communities economically, culturally, and socially; and

WHEREAS, According to research and economic impact analyses conducted by the University of Puerto Rico and affiliated institutions, Bad Bunny's "No me Quiero" Puerto Rico Residency Tour and performances during 2025 generated an estimated over $200 million in economic activity within a three-month period, stimulating the local Puerto Rican economy through tourism, hospitality, small businesses, and cultural industries; and
