THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, 2535 SOUTH 13TH STREET LLC (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Property: 2535-37 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19148 D/B/A South House

A total of four (4) tables and eight (8) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the east sidewalk of South 13th Street along the property line and curbline of 2535-37 South 13th Street written in two parts:

Part 1
Two (2) tables and four (4) seats will be located adjacent to the curbline and will encroach a distance of approximately four feet (4'-0") towards the east along the east footway of South 13th Street starting from a point approximately twenty-seven feet eight inches (27'-8") north of the West Shunk Street north curbline to a point approximately fourteen feet four inches (14'-4") farther north leaving a minimum five feet (5'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
Two (2) tables and four (4) seats will be located adjacent to the building and will encroach a distance of approximately three feet (3'-0") towards the west along the east footway of South 13th Street starting from a point approximately twenty-seven feet eight inches (27'-8") north of the West Shunk Street north curbline to a point approximately twelve feet three inches (12'-3") farther north leaving a minimum five feet (5'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.
