THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, L COLE PROPERTIES LLC (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Property: 1148-50 S. 11th St., Philadelphia, PA 19147 D/B/A Bake'n Bacon

A total of four (4) tables and fourteen (14) seats for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the west sidewalk of South 11th Street and the south sidewalk of Ellsworth Street along the property line of 1148-50 South 11th Street written in two parts:

Part 1
One (1) table and two (2) seats will be located adjacent to the building of 1148-50 South 11th Street and will encroach a distance of approximately two feet three inches (2'-3") towards the north along the south footway of Ellsworth Street starting from a point approximately sixteen feet two inches (16'-2") west of the South 11th Street west curbline to a point appropriately five feet eleven inches (5'-11") farther west leaving a minimum six feet (6'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2
Three (3) tables and twelve (12) seats will be located adjacent to the building of 1148-50 South 11th Street and will encroach a distance of approximately three feet seven inches (3'-7") towards the east along the west footway of South 11th Street starting from a point approximately seventeen feet eight inches (17'-8") south of the Ellsworth Street south curbline to a point appropriately nineteen feet three inches (19'-3") farther south leaving a minimum seven feet six inches (7'-5") of clear unobstructed footway.
