THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to the owner of the property identified below, currently, PHUNK BROS LLC (the "Owner"), to install, own, and maintain an encroachment at the Property, as follows:

Encroachment Description:

Property: 1526-32 N American St, Philadelphia, PA 19122

A total of seven (7) picnic tables for a sidewalk caf? will be located along the west sidewalk of North American Street along the property line of 1526-32 North American Street written in three parts:

Part 1:
Two (2) picnic tables will be located adjacent to the building line of 1526-32 North American Street and will encroach a distance of approximately six feet (6'-0") towards the east along the west footway of North American Street starting from a point approximately ninety six feet nine inches (96'-9") south of the West Oxford Street south curbline to a point approximately thirteen feet (13'-0") farther south leaving a minimum nine feet (9'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.

Part 2:
Five (5) picnic tables will be located adjacent to the building line of 1526-32 North American Street and will encroach a distance of approximately eight feet (8'-0") towards the east along the west footway of North American Street starting from a point approximately one-hundred twenty feet eight inches (120'-8") south of the West Oxford Street south curbline to a point approximately nineteen feet three inches (19'-3") farther south leaving a minimum nine feet (9'-0") of clear unobstructed footway.
