THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
 
      SECTION 1.      The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (“PAID”) a parcel with the address of 2466-74 Amber Street, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A," for further conveyance by PAID.
 
      SECTION 2.  The City Solicitor is authorized to impose such terms and conditions on the transaction authorized by this Ordinance as the City Solicitor deems necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
 
 
Exhibit "A"
 
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the four story brick factory building, two and a half story brick factory building, engine house and other buildings and improvements thereon erected, with the steam engine boiler, shafting and machinery therein, SITUATE on the North West Corner of Amber and Letterly Streets in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia.
 
CONTAINING in breadth or front on said Amber Street Sixty-four feet and extending of that breadth in length or depth Westward along the said Letterly Street Seventy-seven feet.  Bounded Northward by a certain Two feet wide Alley, Southward by said Letterly Street, Westward by ground now or late of William Weir and Eastward by Amber Street aforesaid.
 
BEING NO. 2466 Amber Street
 
TOGETHER with the free and common use, privilege, right of way of into and over the said Two feet wide Alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter, forever.
