Amending Section 9-647 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Fifth District Commercial Business Hour Restriction,” to extend business hour restrictions to additional locations; all under certain terms and conditions.

Body

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-647 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-647. Fifth District Commercial Business Hour Restriction.

(2) Prohibited Conduct. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Code, no Commercial Establishment shall be open to the public between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. at the following streets or any other location which Council shall from time to time ordain:

(e) N. 29th Street, both sides, from W. Dauphin Street to W. Huntingdon Street.

(f) W. Susquehanna Avenue, both sides, from N. Broad Street to N. 15th Street.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
