Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 42 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 2462 Tulip street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Joseph Caltagirone and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the New Kensington - Fishtown Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "New Kensington - Fishtown"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 13, 1997, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of the New Kensington - Fishtown, designated as Parcel No. 42 also sometimes identified by respective house number and street address as 2462 Tulip street (hereinafter "Parcel"). The area of said Parcel is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 19 (2462 Tulip street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground located in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Philadelphia with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situated at a point on the northwesterly side of Tulip street at a distance of fifty six feet three inches northeastward from the northerly side of East Letterly street; Containing in front or breadth on Tulip street twelve feet and extending of that width in length or depth northwestward between parallel lines at right angles to said Tulip street a distance of sixty feet.
