THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Bill No. 110649 (approved November 14, 2011), entitled “An Ordinance establishing a no truck parking regulation on Bath Street, between Hedley Street and Orthodox Street, both sides,” is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  The following no truck parking regulation is hereby established:

NO TRUCK PARKING ANYTIME

      Bath Street between Bristol Street and Orthodox Street, both sides.

SECTION 3.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
