SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.
Monday - Sunday

Franklin street, east side, Ritner street to Wolf street.
SECTION 2 The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Two-Hour Parking
8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Monday - Friday
Except #24
S. 10th street, both sides, Mifflin street to McKean street.
SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.
