THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to enter into a lease with Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania, a Pennsylvania chartered bank, to lease from Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania, for a period of ten (10) years for nominal consideration, that certain parcel of ground located at 2208 West Indiana Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, being more fully described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected. Situate in the 11th Ward of the City of Philadelphia, described according to a Survey and Plan of Property made for Mary Olivastro by Daniel W. Silverman, Surveyor and Regulator of the 6th District dated September 27, 1967 to wit:

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Indiana avenue (60 feet wide) at the distance of 108 feet Westwardly from the Westerly side of 22nd street (60 feet wide).

CONTAINING in front or breadth North 78 degrees 39 minutes West along said Indiana avenue 30 feet 0 inches and extending of that width in length or depth South 11 degrees 21 minutes West between parallel lines at right angles to Indiana avenue 80 feet, the Easterly line thereof passing through a one story frame building and passing through two bay windows.

BEING commonly known as: 2208 West Indiana avenue.

BEING the same premises which Mary D. Olivastro, widow and Concetta Deodati, widow by Deed dated December 15, 1967 and recorded December 18, 1967, in Deed Book CAD 1153, page 505, granted and conveyed unto Mellon Bank, NA, successor to Girard Trust Ban...
