THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-213. Farmers' Markets.

(dd) Aviator Park, the area of land bounded by 20^th Street on the west, Race Street on the south, and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on the northeast.
