Title: Transmitting a bill approving the Seventh amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Southwest Temple Urban Renewal Area, being the area situate in the Twentieth Ward beginning at the intersection of the northerly side of Columbia avenue and the easterly side of Broad street, including the seventh amendment to the urban renewal plan and the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately two (2) properties for commercial and related uses; a change of the land use and related controls for the area generally bounded by West Girard avenue, North Ninth street, Hutchinson street and Thompson street from industrial and related uses to commercial and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
