THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Bill No. 090741, signed into law on January 13, 2010, is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
