THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

 

SECTION 1.   Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(1)                     Applicability.

 

The Mixed Income Neighborhoods Overlay District shall apply to Residential Housing Projects on lots located in the following area:

(e) The area bounded by Kensington Avenue, Buckius Street, Jasper Street, Castor Avenue, Glenwood Avenue, Pacific Street, Jasper Street, Venango Street, Ruth Street, Atlantic Street, Stouton Street, Clarence Street, Jasper Street, and Tioga Street as shown on map under (d) above, for illustrative purposes only; and

(f) [(e)] The area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, a former Conrail Right-of-Way, Annsbury Street, 6th Street, and Wingohocking Street, as shown on the following map, for illustrative purposes only.
