Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the South Central Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 292 as 1420 Pemberton street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Angelo M. Mattei, and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the South Central Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "South Central"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 14, 1971 as amended, and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper.
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of South Central, designated as Parcel No. 292 as 1420 Pemberton street (the "Property"). The area of said Property is bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 292 (1420 Pemberton street).
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Thirtieth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning on the south side of Pemberton street (thirty feet wide) at the distance of one hundred seventy feet westward from the west side of Rosewood street (twenty feet wide); Containing in front or breadth along the south side of the said Pemberton street sixteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth between parallel lines at right angles to the said Pemberton street fifty six feet to the north side of a certain ten feet wide alley (Nelson's Alley) extending eastward into the said Rosewood street.
