THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to Lougeswaran Vijayhratnam, 1816 Stephen Street, Ridgewood Queen, NY 11385, owner of the newsstand located on the southeast corner of Ninth street and Walnut street to construct, use and maintain:

(a) a two inch (2") diameter PVC conduit with appurtenances, serving as an electric service connection. The conduit begins at the south end of an existing PECO manhole, in the east footway of South Ninth street located approximately forty seven feet (47') south of the south curbline of Walnut street and seven feet (7') east of the east curbline of South Ninth street, the conduit proceeds south beneath the east footway of South Ninth street for approximately twenty seven feet (27') to a point located approximately seventy four feet (74') south of the south curbline of Walnut street and seven feet (7') east of the east curbline of South Ninth street. The conduit proceeds west beneath the footway for approximately four feet (4') to a point located approximately seventy four feet (74') south of the south curbline of Walnut street and three feet (3') east of the east curbline of South Ninth street. The conduit proceeds north beneath the footway for approximately one foot (1') and enters the south end of the newsstand at a point located approximately seventy three feet (73') south of the south curbline of Walnut street and three feet (3') east of the east curbline of South Ninth street; and

(b) a two inch (2") diameter...
