THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  The following two-way regulation is hereby established:

Baldwin Street, from Phil-Ellena Street to Sharpnack Street.

SECTION 2.      This Ordinance shall not take effect until the Department of Streets has inspected and approved all operational and physical changes needed to effect the change from one-way to two-way operation.
