THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(4) Public, Civic, and Institutional Use Category.

(k) Safety Services.

Non-Residential [E] establishments that provide fire, police or life protection, together with the incidental storage and maintenance of necessary vehicles.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
