Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Point Breeze East Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel No. 36 and also sometimes identified by house addresses and street addresses as 1208-1212 South Fifteenth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with 1715 Properties, Inc. and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the Point Breeze East Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "Point Breeze"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on June 11, 1998, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of Point Breeze, designated as Parcel No. 36 and also sometimes identified by house addresses and street addresses as 1208-1212 South Fifteenth street (hereinafter "Parcel 36"). The area of Parcel 36 is bounded as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Twenty-sixth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at the intersection of the westerly side of Fifteenth street (fifty feet wide) and the northerly side of Manton street (thirty feet wide); Containing in front or breadth on the said Fifteenth Street fifty four feet and extending of that width in length or depth between parallel lines at right angles to the said Fifteenth Street sixty six feet six inches to a point on the easterly side of a certain four feet wide alley that extends northward into Federal street (fifty feet wide), southward into the said Manton street and comm...
