THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.  Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

TITLE 19.  FINANCES, TAXES AND COLLECTIONS.
