Title
Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deeds conveying conditional fee simple title to certain City-owned lots or pieces of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the Seventh, Eighteenth, Nineteenth, Twenty-third, Thirty-first and Thirty-seventh Wards of the City of Philadelphia, pursuant to Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia to dispose of such properties for rehabilitation and/or improvement in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code.

WHEREAS, Chapter 16-400 of The Philadelphia Code relating to vacant property, grants the City the power to convey certain classes of real property to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, to implement the public purpose set forth in that Chapter; and
WHEREAS, The Vacant Property Review Committee has recommended acceptance and disposition of the vacant properties listed below; now therefore
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA
SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia, without consideration, deed conveying conditional fee simple title to 2854 North Marshall street, 1916 North Mutter street, 2426 North mutter street, 442 West Norris street, 187 West Ontario street, 3355 and 3357 North Orkney street, 1915 and 1917 Orthodox street, 250, 252, 254, 256 and 258 West Oxford street, 2229 North Palethorp street, 3018 and 3022 North Philip street, 911 West Silver street, 438 and 440 East Somerset street, 928 West Somerset street, 201 East Tioga street, 250 North Water street, 301 East William street a/k/a 301 Freemont street, 109 West Wishart street, 2839 North 4th street and 3032 North 8th street pursuant to Ch...
