THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION 1.      The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide a public water main, in the following locations:

Brierdale road from Cathedral road to Graykyn lane

Graykyn lane from Ridge avenue to Brierdale road
