Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, a parcel or parcels generally situate at 1236 and 1238 Crease Street, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID"), a parcel or parcels generally situate at 1236 and 1238 Crease Street, substantially as described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions.
SECTION 2. Conveyance of this Property to PAID shall be conditioned upon agreement by PAID to remit to the City, for deposit in the General Fund, the net proceeds from the sale of the Property by PAID.
SECTION 3. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate the transaction authorized by this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.

1236 CREASE STREET
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the Buildings and improvements thereon erected DESCRIBED according to a Survey thereof made by A. Zane Hoffman, Esq., Surveyor and Regulator of the Sixth Survey District on the 6th day of June, A.D. 1921, as follow, to wit:-
BEGINNING on the Southwest side of Crease Street (Forty-three feet wide) at the distance of One hundred and six feet Southeastward from the Southeast side of Thompson Street (Fifty feet wide) in the Eighteenth Ward of the City of Phila.
