THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to 18th & Walnut News, Inc. (owned by Ok Jah Hah, 137 North Fifteenth Street, Metropolitan #505, Philadelphia, PA 19102, and Kyu Chang Cho, 262 South Eighteenth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103) owner of the newsstand to be located on the northeast corner of Eighteenth street and Walnut street, to construct, use and maintain:

(i) a two inch (2") conduit with appurtenances, serving as an electric service connection approximately two feet (2') below the grade of the east footway of Eighteenth street. The conduit begins at a point on the south side of the newsstand on Eighteenth street approximately one foot (1') east of the east curb line of Eighteenth street and thirty-three feet (33') north of the north curb line of Walnut street. The conduit continues east under the east footway of Eighteenth street for approximately six feet (6') to an existing PECO duct bank and then to an existing PECO manhole located approximately seven feet (7') east of the east curb line of Eighteenth street and one hundred and one feet (101') north of the north curb line of Walnut street; and

(ii) a two inch (2") conduit and appurtenances, serving as a telephone service connection approximately twenty-two inches (22") below the grade of the east footway of Eighteenth street.
