Approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the South Central Urban Renewal Area, designated by house number and street address as 728 South Hicks street; authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Kip and Janelle Ketchum and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement.

WHEREAS, The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (hereinafter "Redevelopment Authority") has prepared and submitted an urban renewal plan and a redevelopment proposal for the redevelopment of the South Central Urban Renewal Area, (hereinafter "South Central"), which said plan and proposal were approved by Ordinance of the Council on December 14, 1971, as amended; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a disposition supplement providing, inter alia, for development controls and regulations imposed upon the redeveloper; and
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Authority has prepared a redevelopment contract for a portion of South Central, designated by house number and street address as 728 South Hicks street (the "Property"). The area of the Property is bounded as follows:
728 South Hicks street.
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situated in the Thirtieth Ward of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a point formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of Hicks street (thirty feet wide) and the northeasterly side of Senate street (ten feet wide); Containing in front or breadth of the said Hicks street fifteen feet and extending of that width in length or depth between parallel lines at right angles to the said Hicks street thirty-one feet four and three-quarters inches.
